What is My Book Profile?

My Book Profile is a free, public webpage for your book that makes it easier for readers to find, learn about, and buy your book online. It serves as a central, shareable link that includes your book’s key details—such as the title, description, contributor bio, and retailer links—all in one place.

It was created to solve a limitation in the official Bookwire database by Bowker, which doesn’t support additional features like retailer links, pricing, or a visually appealing public listing. My Book Profile gives you more flexibility and control over how your book is presented to readers.

Creating a profile is completely optional (opt-in) and can be enabled directly through your ISBNdirect account. Once published, your profile is optimized for search engines and easy to manage at any time through your dashboard.
