Check your spam folder

When you are unable to find the verification e-mail in your inbox, the first step you should take is to check your spam folder. By reviewing your spam folder, you may find the e-mail and be able to complete the verification process.

Double check the email address

If you have confirmed that the verification e-mail is not in your spam folder, it is important to ensure that you have entered the correct email address during the registration process. Sometimes, a simple typo can lead to the e-mail being sent to the wrong address or failing to be delivered at all.

To check and modify your email address, navigate to the registration page and locate the "Modify" option next to the email field. Click on it and make the necessary corrections. If you have already closed the registration page, you will need to start a new registration with the correct email address.
