How long does it take for my book to appear on Bookwire?

After you submit your book through our portal, it can take up to 5 days to appear in the Bowker Bookwire database.

To check the status, log in to your account and go to the books page. Find your book and select "View Listing" next to the status, this takes you to the search results on Bookwire.

Your ISBN is active as soon as it's assigned to your account, whether or not a book has been registered under it yet. So you can start using it right away, no need to wait for it to show up on Bookwire.
