I forgot my e-mail address, how to reset it?

Since we use passwordless login, your email address is how we identify your account. If you're not sure which email you used, here's how to find it or update it.

Finding your account email

Try the email address you used when you placed your order. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for order confirmations or previous messages from us, the account email will be in the "to" field.

Updating your account email

If you know your account email but want to change it to a different one, reach out through the help widget and we'll update it for you.
